IMPORTANT: Purchases with Cash on Delivery

Dear Amicasa Japan Customers,

Please be informed that purchases made with Cash on Delivery (COD) will be subject to the following conditions:

1. Mandatory prior notice
   If you wish to place an order using COD, you must notify us in advance by email at japansupport@amicasa.jp before completing your purchase.
   Orders placed without prior notice will be automatically rejected.

2. Service fee
   All COD purchases will incur an additional 10% charge on the total amount as a handling and risk management fee.

These measures are necessary because the COD system in Japan carries significant risks for us. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
