When you make purchases using our address, you need to let us know when your package is on its way to our warehouse.
Here is how you do that:
STEP 1
After logging in to amicasa.jp, go to your user profile.
Make sure you are in the "packages" section. There press the '+' button:
STEP 2
Add your order information:
Tracking number: This number is given to you by the store where you purchased once your order has been shipped (not before) and can be tracked on the corresponding carrier page.
Carrier: in Japan, the transportation companies more common are Yamato, Sagawa and Japan Post.
Content: It is important that you tell us what your order contains so we can process the package properly and then send you a correct shipping quote. Please indicate the type of product and quantity. For example: "3 Mario Bros plush keyrings".
Comments: this field is not mandatory, you can add any message about the order, this comment is for personal reference and is not used by Amicasa.
STEP 3
Add the package:
The package will appear as "pending"
STEP 4
Wait for Amicasa to receive your package.
Once we receive your package at our warehouse we will update its status and you will be able to see its status as "received".
If you click on the package you will be able to see its details, such as date received and weight.
If you want to request any additional service for the package, you can do so by clicking on "service":
STEP 5
Once your package's status changes to "received" you can request shipping.
You can request the shipment of one package, although we recommend combining several packages to make your shipment more convenient!
