How to request shipment of your packages?

When your packages status changed to "Received" you can now request its shipment to your requested address. Here is how you can do it:

STEP 1

Log in to Amicasa.jp and go to your user profile. Click on "Shipments" and then on the '+' sign:

 

 

STEP 2

Select the packages you want to ship.

Note: is not necessary to request shipment for all your packages, you can chose when and how to send them freely.

 

When selecting the packages you will see an estimated weight, and the number of packages selected on the top.

After choosing the packages to send, click on "next"

 

STEP 3

Choose the shipping address. This field will be auto-filled with the addresses you previously entered in your address book. If you need to use an unlisted address, you need to add it in your address book before requesting shipment. 

Tell us the value to declare. This information will be reviewed by customs in your country, so keep that in mind before completing it.

 

Tell us in detail the quantity and value of each item that will be sent. If this detail is left blank, Amicasa staff will complete that information of your shipment following the company's best practices, and you will not be able to argue or initiate claims in this regard. For this reason, we recommend completing it and avoiding setbacks or customs problems.

 

Once you have filled out every content included in your shipment, you can choose extra services. 

 

 
Please note that if you select more than one package and you do not select the consolidation service it will be added automatically at the time of reviewing the quote. Although repackaging service is not mandatory, if you do not request it from your box, the shipping fee will be applied in the volumetric shipment, that is, taking into account the final box size. Repackaging makes your final box as small as possible and thus save in shipping cost. Once you finish, click "next".

 

STEP 4

Choose the shipping company. In this step you will see the shipping options available for your area, When you choose the most convenient one for you, press the send button.

 

 

STEP 5

Wait for your quote to be processed by Amicasa. Your quote will go from "requested" to "ready" status.

 

 

 If you click on the box, you will be able to see the details and review the quote:

 

After reviewing it you can generate the payment link PayPal to pay for shipping:

 

 

STEP 6

Once you make the payment, your quote status will to "paid".

When Amicasa receives your payment, your box will be packed and sent within 48 business hours.

 

STEP 7

When it is sent, you will receive a notification and you can check shipping tracking:

 

 

STEP 8

Receive your box and continue sending packages to Amicasa!
