Tutorial to Request Shopping Assistant

Amicasa can help get products on any Japanese website that has a direct purchase link, that is, the link redirects to a single article and not several. Here we show you how to request a shopping assistant:

STEP 1

Choose the item you want to buy. Let's say you want to buy this product:

STEP 2

Go to amicasa.jp and log in with your user credentials, then click on "Shopper", then press the 'Request Assistant' button

STEP 3

Paste the link of the product you want to buy and the quantity:

Then click on "request".

STEP 4

Wait for the application to be processed, it will be ready within 24 business hours.

STEP 5

Review your quote when it's ready.

Then press the "view & pay" button, to create the PayPal payment link.

STEP 6

Make payment in Paypal, after payment is made the status of your request will update to "paid":

STEP 7

Wait for the Amicasa Japan staff to make your purchase. When the purchase is complete your request status will be changed to "purchased"

STEP 8

Wait for the seller/store to send your order to our warehouse. Once Amicasa has the tracking number it will be added to your account and you will see the status as received:

Once your package is received, you can request shipping. You can request shipping of that package only or you can combine it with others you have in your warehouse.
